Dural Squash & Fitness began as a family-owned and operated business in 1977, during a time when Dural was primarily rural and lacked adequate sporting facilities. Over the past four decades, we have grown to become one of the largest squash facilities in NSW. In 2023, we had the honour of hosting both the NSW Masters in June and the Australian Masters in September, marking significant milestones in our journey.

Squash: Enjoy a game with our 6 glass back courts and 6 closed courts. From internal adult competitions to social games and personalised coaching, we cater to players of all levels. Casual players are welcome – book your spot online or via text message. Rackets and balls for hire.

Table Tennis: Come play a game on our 3 table tennis tables, available for casual hire. It is the perfect spot for some friendly competition with friends. Book online or via text message.

Pickleball: Pickleball is a mix of ping pong and tennis, played on a squash court! Fun for all ages, it’s easy to pick up and a great way to stay active. Join us and discover why so many people love it - not just for the exercise, but for the fun! Book online or via text message.

Fitness Classes: Elevate your fitness journey with our diverse range of activities, including Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Children’s and Adult Dance, and Taekwondo. We have something for everyone, ensuring a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Sports Equipment: View our full range of sports equipment, from rackets to shoes and table tennis essentials. We also offer professional restringing services to keep you in top form.

Holiday Squash Camps: Enrol your children in our squash holiday camps, complete with coaching. Many schools join our squash and table tennis activities enhancing their sports programs.

Awesome experienced taekwondo training class for all ages and all experiences. This is a great place to start your journey in Martial Arts or continuing. The level of Dans (black belts) within the dojang is phenomenal. The extreemly high standard and level of wxoeriwnce works for any age group.You can also take advantage of the other facilities offered there. Squash courts are plentiful as well as other fitness activities. Go and enjoy to get into your fitness journey.

Great Taekwondo class that runs Saturday mornings from 9:30 am. I've been going here for over a decade on and off. Great community and the facilities at Dural Squash are perfect for what we need. Big room, mats, mirrors, bathrooms and showers.

This centre has so much! With it's clean, well maintained squash courts, easy booking system, friendly staff, and plenty of other fitness options, it's the best place in the hills for squash and fitness!! I particularly love the glass-back squash courts as it means I can watch my kids as they develop their game.

Lots of highly maintained squash courts with some pool, table tennis on the side. Booking by text message, friendly staff, standard quality squash racquet vs when you byo. Overall nice experience and would highly recommend.

Great location. Plenty to offer! A tonne of squash courts, a few table tennis tables, pool table, and a tonne more. Used to visit this place as a child to watch my dad play squash 25-30 years ago. It’s still amazingly well maintained! Brought dad back and couldn’t be happier!
